Welcome to Tools of Learning for Children, dedicated to enabling children to learn holistically so that they succeed not just in school, but have skills for life. We are a 100% volunteer-run organization and every donation goes towards supporting children as they begin their life journey.
Productive citizens of society are what makes our communities grow and thrive. Guiding children to a vocation and developing practical life skills is how you get there. We provide items that schools might not consider providing or are unable to provide. Our goal is to teach life lessons and to hone a child’s knowledge base. We partner with schools (public, private, home), parents, and community organizations to identify needs for learning. Creative fundraising events, seminars, and workshops are some of the ways we connect community members with children for fun educational opportunities.
We aim to open children’s eyes to the endless opportunities and possibilities by providing them with skills training in different career fields. At Tools of Learning for Children, we believe that every child has a tool kit, and we strive to fill that kit with skills that they can use for life. We know that when you put a tool, instrument, book, sports equipment, pen, or thought in a child’s grasp, you unlock a world a child might not have known to exist.
Donating money is just one way of supporting our mission. We’ll take donations of every sort, whether it’s time, effort, transportation, equipment, apprenticeships, internships, or opportunities. The possibilities are open. You can become a resource in helping our community. Help us to empower children to reach their full potential by taking action today.
